Creating your profile is simple with our easy-to-use profile form. You will be asked to provide certain basic information, such as your location, years of experience and areas of practice, a photograph of yourself (optional), and a description of you and your practice of up to 400 words and which might include your training and experience, personal philosophy and elaboration of your practice areas. Your profile is intended to be an accurate and informative description of your practice and services offered.

Up to ten practice areas and ten theoretical approaches can be selected for your profile.

If you have a website, you can create a link to your website from your profile page (please note that because this service is for individual psychologists, your link must be to a personal website or personal page within a website and not to the website of a larger group or organization).

In order to maintain the professional integrity of the site, profile content will be reviewed for appropriateness. Revisions will be requested in the case of questionable material. Misrepresentations or failures to comply with revision requests will result in the removal of the profile (and forfeiture of the subscription fee). We do ask that the term �specialist� or derivations of same (e.g., specialize) be avoided. In addition, content that is unlawful, threatening or offensive in nature is prohibited. Material that would violate laws of copyright or privacy is also strictly prohibited.

Updates/changes to your profile can be made at any time and without charge.

For monthly subscribers, payment is due by the middle of the month (for the previous month�s subscription) and can be paid for by cheque. Alternatively, automated monthly debits from a bank account can be arranged. For annual subscribers, a renewal notice will be forwarded one month prior to the annual renewal date. Payment is expected within 30 days of the renewal date. Nonpayment of a subscription will result in removal of the listing.

As a member of this site you are required to maintain active registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists, and to abide by the code of ethics and standards of practice of the profession. A listing will be removed in the event of lapsed or cancelled registration. A member is required to inform Calgary Psychologists' Directory if they are under investigation by the College. We reserve the right to temporarily remove a listing, pending resolution of the investigation. No refunds will be provided in the case of termination of professional status.

In no event, including, without limitation, negligence, shall Calgary Psychologists Directory its directors or employees, be liable to you or any third party for any special, punitive, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitations, those resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Calgary Psychologists Directory has been advised of the possibility of such damages and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use of or the inability to use this site, its services, or materials, the statements or actions of any third party on or through this site, any dealings with vendors or other third parties, any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, any failure in the transmission of your data, any information that is sent or received or not sent or received, any failure to store or loss of data, files, or other content, any services available through the site that are delayed or interrupted, or any web site referenced or linked to or from this site.

Subscribers to this service understand that Calgary Psychologists Directory does not guarantee that a listing on this site will result in business and/or clients as a result of being listed.
