I'm interested in helping you use your strengths to move past your issues. I'll travel along side you as we consider your hopes and concerns, and I'll partner with you nonjudgementally and empathetically. At the same time I'll be courageous, and if necessary, I'll help you find the strength to be courageous if you need to be. Partly, I do this by helping you make sense of your life and what it has taught you. Ultimately, when you're ready, I'll help you take effective, meaningful action so that you feel better about yourself and those around you.
